During this single group session, your student will participate in a presentation that at its conclusion, they will have the knowledge about the process of using the scientific method for a science fair.
Students will learn details of what the Scientific Method is and how it came to be used as the standard for science experimentation. This single session will also address the required steps of the scientific method in preparation for a science fair.

This 9-week virtual course will provide an in-depth analysis of the history of the Scientific Method. It will allow a student to develop and complete a Science Fair Project.
The student is expected to come to the initial class prepared to formalize the science fair topic.
After the 1st class, the student will be required to develop the science fair project outside of class using the lessons as their framework. The student is expected to complete the science fair report and display board by the final class. They will be required to present their paper, their display board, and an oral presentation.

How is the class structured?
The class will feature a slide presentation that presents the material to the students. There will be weekly hands-on experiments for the student to complete.

What to Expect
While most of the lessons will take place during class, there will be pre-class preparation and occasionally “homework” before or after the class.

Payment Method
Parents will receive an invoice once they enroll their student.
Parents will receive an electronic payment request to the platform they selected: PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App.
Payment policy
If paid weekly, the parent agrees to submit payment 1 week before each class.
If paid in full, the parent agrees to pay the full fee by Tuesday, October 29, 1 week before the 1st class.
Refund policy
Refunds are only issued 24 hours after the 1st payment (weekly or in full) if the parent chooses not to continue with enrollment.
